1 Short title

This regulation may be cited as the State Penalties Enforcement Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2020.

2 Commencement

This regulation commences on 3 July 2020 at midday.

3 Regulation amended

This regulation amends the State Penalties Enforcement Regulation 2014.

4 Amendment of sch 1 (Infringement notice offences and fines for nominated laws)

Schedule 1, entry for Public Health Act 2005, entry for section 362D—
omit, insert—

s 362D
for a failure to comply with a public health direction restricting entry into Queensland from another State—
(a)  by entering Queensland in contravention of the direction
