State Penalties Enforcement Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2012 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the State Penalties Enforcement Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2012 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the StatePenaltiesEnforcementRegulation 2000. 3 Amendment of sch 3 (Transport legislation) (1) Schedule 3, entry for the Transport Infrastructure Act 1994 , authorised person for service of infringement notices entry, paragraph (a), ‘46(4),’— omit. (2) Schedule 3, entry for the Transport Infrastructure Act 1994 , authorised person for service of infringement notices entry, paragraphs (a) to (d)— renumber as paragraphs (b) to (e). (3) Schedule 3, entry for the Transport Infrastructure Act 1994 , authorised person for service of infringement notices entry— insert— ‘(a) for an offence against section 46(4)—an authorised officer under the TransportOperations(RoadUseManagement) Act 1995 , section 20; or’.
