s1 2 s4 State Penalties Enforcement Amendment Regulation No. 64, 2003 (No. 1) 2003 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the State Penalties Enforcement Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2003 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 17 April 2003. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the StatePenaltiesEnforcementRegulation 2000. 4 Amendment of sch 3 (Transport legislation) Schedule 3, entry for the Transport Operations (Road Use Management)Act 1995, entry for section 78 — omit, insert— ‘s 78(1) For a contravention by a person if the person’s driver licence — . . . . . . . . . . . (a) expired no more than 1 year before the contravention . . . . . . . . (b) expired more than 1 year before the contravention. . . . . . . . . . . . . . (c) was surrendered by the person . . .
