s1 2 s4 State Penalties Enforcement Amendment Regulation No. 25, 2001 (No. 1) 2001 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the State Penalties Enforcement Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2001. 2 Commencement This regulation is taken to have commenced on 27 March 2001. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the StatePenaltiesEnforcementRegulation2000. 4 Amendment of s 26 (Amnesty period) Section 26, from ‘4 month period’— omit, insert — ‘period commencing on the commencement of that section and ending at midnight on 30 June 2001.’.
