Insurance Association Limited (NEM) pay Transport Accident Commission, formerly
the State Insurance Office, (TAC) and
CMT Construction of Metropolitan Tunnels (CMT)
taxed costs in respect of NEM's counter-claim
against CMT and CMT's claim for indemnityin respect of such counter-claim against TAC
in this Court, the Full Court of the Supreme
Court of Victoria and at first instance including reserved costs.
