1Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the State Insurance and Care Governance Regulation 2015.

2Commencement

This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3Definition

In this Regulation:

the Act means the State Insurance and Care Governance Act 2015.

4Transferred employees—existing conditions of employment

The terms and conditions on which a transferred employee (within the meaning of clause 7 of Schedule 4 to the Act) is to be employed by ICNSW in accordance with Division 2 of Part 2 of that Schedule include the conditions of employment under such of the following industrial instruments as applied to the employee immediately before being transferred to the employment of ICNSW:

  • (a)

    Crown Employees (Public Sector—Salaries 2015) Award,

  • (b)

    Crown Employees (Administrative and Clerical Officers—Salaries) Award 2007,

  • (c)

    Departmental Professional Officers Determination (1987),

  • (d)

    Legal Officers (Various Departments) Agreement (1982),

  • (e)

    Crown Employees (Departmental Officers) Award,

  • (f)

    Crown Employees (Librarians, Library Assistants, Library Technicians and Archivists) Award,

  • (g)

    Crown Employees (Senior Officers Salaries) Award 2012,

  • (h)

    Crown Employees (Technical Officers—Treasury) Award,

  • (i)

    Crown Employees (Public Service Conditions of Employment) Reviewed Award 2009.

5Authorised person

The following are prescribed as an authorised person for the purposes of section 26 of the Act:

  • (a)

    a Public Service employee within the meaning of the Government Sector Employment Act 2013,

  • (b)

    a statutory officer.
