918 State Housing ( Validation of Regulations) Act 1990, No. 50 BE IT ENACTED by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- 1. Short title. This Act maybe cited as the State Housing (Validation of Regulations) Act 1990. 2. Validation of regulations . It is hereby declared that the regulations made under the State Housing Act 1945-1988 on 15th June 1989 and published in the Gazette on 17th June 1989 commencing at page 1253 and ending on page 1255 are and always have been as valid and effectual as they would be if they had been laid before the Legislative Assembly in accordance with section 28A (1) (d) of the Acts Interpretation Act1954-1989. 3. Validation of acts etc . All acts, matters and things done and all fees and charges collected in reliance upon the regulations referred to in section 2 are to be taken to be validly done or collected as would be the case if they were done or collected after the commencement of this Act.
