State Housing (Validation of Order in Council ) Act 1990, 1371 No. 77 BE IT ENACTED by the Queen' s Most Excellent Majesty , by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled , and by the authority of the same, as follows:- 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the State Housing (Validation of Order in Council) Act 1990. 2. Validation of Order in Council . It is hereby declared that the Order in Council made in pursuance of the StateHousing Act 1945- 1988 on 30 November 1989 and published in the Gazette on 2 December 1989 at page 2403 is and always has been as valid and effectual as it would be if it had been laid before the Legislative Assembly in accordance with section 28A (1) (d) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1954-1989. 3. Validation of acts etc. All acts , matters and things done in reliance upon the Order in Council referred to in section 2 are to be taken to be as validly done as would be the case if they were done after the commencement of this Act.
