2 State Housing (Freeholding of Land) Interest Rate (No. 2) No. 100, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the State Housing (Freeholding of Land) Interest Rate Order (No. 2) 1992 . ˙ Commencement 2. This order in council commences on 1 June 1992. ˙ Prescribed interest rate (Homes and home sites) 3. The interest rate payable on the purchasing prices of land comprised in leases deemed to be freeholding leases under Division 1 of Part 2 of the Act, in respect of which applications were or are received on or after 22 August 1978, is prescribed to be 10.9% per annum.
