This order in council may be cited as the State Housing (Freeholding of Land) Interest Rate Order 1992.

2 State Housing (Freeholding of Land) Interest Rate Order 1992 Commencement 2. This order in council commences on 1 February 1992. Revocation of order in council 3. The order in council made under the Act on 7 November 1991 and published in the Gazette on 9 November 1991 at pages 1048-9 is revoked. Prescribed interest rate (Homes and home sites) 4. The interest rate payable on the purchasing prices of land comprised in leases deemed to be freeholding leases under Division 1 of Part 2 of the Act, in respect of which applications were or are received on or after 22 August 1978, is prescribed to be 11.4% per annum.
