Page 1 1 2 2 ————— Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the State Housing (Freeholding of Land) Interest Rate Order 1991. Commencement 2. This order in council commences on 1 December 1991. Revocation of orders in council 3.(1) The order in council made under the Act on 21 February 1991 and published in the Gazette on 23 February 1991 at page 943 is revoked. (2) The order in council made under the Act on 12 September 1991 and published in the Gazette on 14 September 1991 at page 126 is revoked.

2 State Housing (Freeholding of Land) Interest Rate Order 1991 Prescribed interest rate (Homes and Home Sites) 4. The interest rate payable on the purchasing prices of land comprised in leases deemed to be freeholding leases under Division 1 of Part 2 of the Act, in respect of which applications were or are received after 22 August 1978, is prescribed to be 12.4% per annum.
