These regulations may be cited as the State Housing Amendment Regulations 1991. Commencement 2. These regulations commence on 1 September 1991 Amended Regulations 3. The State Housing Regulations 1986 are amended as set out in these regulations.

5 State Housing Amendment Regulations 1991 PART 2 Additional Fees and Charges 1. For paying an insurance premium on behalf of a borrower or purchaser from the Commission—the premium plus $27.00. 2. For the Commission entering into the possession of property—Actual expenses—minimum $166.00. 3. For the sale of land by the Commission— (a) on behalf of a borrower or purchaser from the Commission; or (b) as mortgagee; or (c) because of the cancellation or termination of a contract of sale; commission at the rate of 5% on the first $18 000 of the sale price of the land, and 2.5% on the remainder of the sale price. ’.
