AN ACT to amend the State Housing Act,
1946-1950.
[Assented to 2nd January, 1952.]
BE it enacted by the King's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
1. This Act may be cited as the State Housing Short title.
Act Amendment Act, 1951, and shall be read as one with the State Housing Act, 1946-1950 (Act No. 51 of 1946, as amended by Acts Nos. 27 of 1947, 19 of 1948 and 27 of 1950), referred to in this Act as the principal Act.
2. The principal Act, as amended by this Act, =?Act

3. Section six of the principal Act is amended amended.
by adding to the paragraph (b) of the interpretation,
"worker", the following proviso:
Provided further that the sum of seven hundred and fifty pounds shall be ascertained without taking into account any variation of the basic wage made after the first day of November, one thousand nine hundred and fifty, pursuant to the provisions of the Indus- trial Arbitration Act, 1912-1950.
4. Section twenty-three of the principal Act is amended.

two, the word, "seven".

Section forty-five of the principal Act is amended by adding the words, "or occupation of the dwelling-house is entered into by the mortgagor whichever occurs first", after the word, "made" occurring firstly in line six of paragraph (b), secondly in line four of paragraph (e) and thirdly in line three of paragraph (f). |
