Short title and citation . (I ) This Act may be cited as the State Goicrnnrcnt Insurance Office (Queensland) .-ict .-i ntendment Ac[ 1985- (2) In this Act. the State Goi ernuient Instrr'unc'e Office (Queensland) .^Ic7 196'-19-9 is referred to as the Principal Act. (3) The Principal Act as amended by this Act may he cited as the S7ute Gvicrnnterit Insurance OtIice (Queensland) Act 1960-1985. 2. Commencement. (I) This section and section 1 shall commence on the da\ on ^\ hich this Act is assented to for and on behalf of Her NIaiest\. (2) Section 3 shall commence on a da, appointed by Proclamation. 3. Amendment of section 8C . Membership of Board . Section 8C (I) of the Principal Act is amended. in paragraph (d). by omitting the word "t\',o' and inserting the expression "3".
