Made by His Excellency the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator in Execu-
tive Council.
Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the State Government Insurance Commis-

sion Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1990.
Principal Regulations

2. In these regulations the State Government Insurance Commission Regulations

1986* are referred to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 6 amended

3. The principal regulations are amended by deleting regulation 6 and

substituting the regulation following—

Capital of the Corporation

" 6. Pursuant to a recommendation of the Commission, on the coming into operation of this regulation the authorised capital of the Corporation shall, by an increase of $40 000 000, become $100 000 000 to be divided into 1 000 000 shares of $100 each. ".
