STATE GOVERNMENT INSURANCE COMMISSION AMENDMENT

REGULATIONS 1997

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the State Government Insurance

Commission Amendment Regulations 1997.

" Insurance Commission of Western Australia ".

Commencement

2.      These regulations come into operation on 1 October 1997.

Principal regulations

3.     In these regulations the State Government Insurance Commission

Regulations 1986* are referred to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 1 amended

4.      Regulation 1 of the principal regulations is amended by deleting "State

Government Insurance Commission" and substituting the following —

Regulation 2 amended

5.      Regulation 2 (1) of the principal regulations is amended by deleting the

form of common seal of the Commission and substituting the following

form —
