Made by His Excellency the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator in Execu- tive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the State Government Insurance Commis-

sion Amendment Regulations 1990.

Principal regulations

2. In these regulations the State Government Insurance Commission Regulations

1986* are referred to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 6 added

3.The principal regulations are amended by adding the regulation following—

Capital of the Corporation

6. Pursuant to a recommendation of the Commission approved in Executive Council on 19 September 1989, on the coming into operation of this regulation the authorized capital of the Corporation shall, by an increase of $20 000 000, become $60 000 000 to be divided into 600 000 shares of $100 each. ft.
