This regulation may be cited as the State Financial Institutions and Metway Merger Facilitation (Transitional–Authorised Investments) Regulation 1996 . ˙ Authorised trustee investments 2.(1) For the TrustsAct1973 , section 21(1)(i), securities issued by Suncorp Holdings Limited (A.C.N. 075 679 033) are securities in which a trustee may invest trust funds. 1 (2) This section applies only until the beginning of the Metway amalgamation day. ˙ Expiry 3.
