COASTAL WETLANDS (AMENDMENT No. 7)

His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, has been pleased to make the State Environmental Planning Policy set forth hereunder in accordance with a recommendation made by the Minister for Planning.

Citation

1. This Policy may be cited as State Environmental Planning Policy

No. 14 - Coastal Wetlands (Amendment No. 7).

Principal Policy

2. In this Policy, State Environmental Planning Policy No. 14 -

Coastal Wetlands is referred to as the Principal Policy.

Aims, objectives etc.

3. The aim of this Policy is:

(a) to exclude certain land from the application of the Principal Policy; and

(b) to add certain land to the land to which the Principal Policy applies.

Amendment of Principal Policy

4. The Principal Policy is amended by omitting from clause 3 the definition of "the map" and by inserting instead the following definition:

"the map" means the maps deposited in the office of the Department

which are marked as follows:

(a)	State Environmental Planning Policy No. 14 - Coastal Wetlands (Amendment No. 2) Sheets 8, 10-12, 14-17, 23, 26, 28, 33, 34, 40-45, 47, 50-52, 55-60, 62, 63, 65-68 and 70-82;
(b)	State Environmental Planning Policy No. 14 - Coastal Wetlands (Amendment NO. 3) Sheets 4, 13, 18, 29, 32, 35, 36, 48 and 54;
(c)	State Environmental Planning Policy No. 14 - Coastal Wetlands (Amendment NO. 5) Sheets 27 and 49;
(d)	State Environmental Planning Policy No. 14 - Coastal Wetlands (Amendment No. 6) Sheet 6;
(e)	State Environmental Planning Policy No. 14 - Coastal Wetlands (Amendment No. 7) Sheets 1-3,5,7,9,19-22,24, 25, 30, 31, 37-39, 46, 53, 61, 64 and 69.
