Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following State environmental planning policy under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1 Name of Policy
This Policy is State Environmental Planning Policy (Major
Development) Amendment (Edmondson Park South) (No 2) 2011.
2 Commencement
This Policy commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

[1] Schedule 3 State significant sites
Omit “business premises;”, “landscape and gardens supplies;” “office premises;”, “retail premises;”, “rural supplies;”, “timber and building supplies;”, “vehicle sales or hire premises;” and “warehouse and distribution centres;” from clause 9 (4) of Part 31.
[2] Schedule 3, Part 31, clause 9 (4)
Insert “commercial premises;” and “warehouse or distribution centres;” in alphabetical order.
[3] Schedule 3, Part 31, clause 10 (3)
Omit “residential flat buildings;”.
[4] Schedule 3, Part 31, clause 10 (4)
Insert “dual occupancies;”, “dwelling houses;”, “landscaping material supplies;”, “rural workers’ dwellings;” and “timber yards;” in alphabetical order.
