Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following State environmental planning policy under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979. (S09/00647)

1 Name of Policy
This Policy is State Environmental Planning Policy (Exempt and
Complying Development Codes) Amendment (Extension) 2010.
2 Commencement
This Policy commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Repeal of Policy

[1] Clause 1.8 Relationship with other State environmental planning policies
| Omit “12 months after the commencement of this Policy” from subclause (4). Insert instead “on 1 January 2011”. |
[2] Clause 1.8 (5)
Omit the subclause. Insert instead:
(5) For the avoidance of doubt, each policy identified in subclause (4) continues to apply to the development until 1 January 2011.
[3] Clause 1.9 Relationship with local environmental plans and development control plans
Omit “12 months after the commencement of this Policy” wherever occurring in subclauses (2) and (4).
Insert instead “on 1 January 2011”.

Omit the subclause. Insert instead:
