State Enterprises (Commonwealth Tax Equivalents) (Application) Amendment
Regulations 2014
Made by the Governor in Executive Council.
1. Citation
These regulations are the State Enterprises (Commonwealth Tax
Equivalents) (Application) Amendment Regulations 2014.2. Commencement
These regulations come into operation as follows -
(a) regulations 1 and 2—on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette (gazettal day); (b) the rest of the regulations - (i) if gazettal day is before 1 July 2014—on 1 July 2014; or
(ii) if gazettal day is, or is after, 1 July 2014 - on the day after gazettal day.
3. Regulations amended
These regulations amend the State Enterprises (Commonwealth
Tax Equivalents) (Application) Regulations 1997.4. Regulation 3 amended
into operation
In regulation 3 in the Table:
(a) delete the item relating to the Broome Port Authority; (b) delete the item relating to the Dampier Port Authority; (c)
delete the items relating to the Geraldton Port Authority and the Port Hedland Port Authority and insert:
