State Enterprises (Commonwealth Tax Equivalents) (Application) Amendment

Regulations 2010

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the State Enterprises (Commonwealth Tax
Equivalents) (Application) Amendment Regulations 2010.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the State Enterprises (Commonwealth
Tax Equivalents) (Application) Regulations 1997.

4.             Regulation 3 amended

In regulation 3 in the Table:

(a) delete the item relating to Bright Telecommunications Pty Ltd;

(b)	delete the item relating to The Western Australian Government Railways Commission;
(c)	before the item relating to Western Carbon Pty Ltd insert:
Chemistry Centre (WA) established 1 August 2010
under the Chemistry Centre (WA) Act 2007, s. 4
