State Enterprises (Commonwealth Tax Equivalents) (Application) Amendment

Regulations 2006

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the State Enterprises (Commonwealth Tax
Equivalents) (Application) Amendment Regulations 2006.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the day on which the
Land Information Authority Act 2006 comes into operation.

3.            The regulations amended

The amendment in these regulations is to the State Enterprises
(Commonwealth Tax Equivalents) (Application)
Regulations 1997* .

4.            Regulation 3 amended

The Table to regulation 3 is amended by inserting the following item after the item for the Insurance Commission —

Authority established by the Land	Land Information
