1.            Citation

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the State
Enterprises (Commonwealth Tax Equivalents) (Application)
Regulations 1997*.

3.            Regulation 3 amended

The Table to regulation 3 is amended as follows:

(a)	by deleting the items for the State Government Insurance Commission, the Gas Corporation, and the Metropolitan (Perth) Passenger Transport Trust;
(b)	by inserting before the item for the State Government Insurance Corporation the following item —

Insurance Commission of Western Australia (formerly
called the State Government Insurance Commission)
established by s. 4 of the Insurance Commission of
Western Australia Act 1986 (formerly called the State
Government Insurance Commission Act 1986). 1 July 1997
