Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the State Enterprises
(Commonwealth Tax Equivalents) (Application) Amendment
Regulations 1999.

2.            Regulation 3 amended

The Table to regulation 3 of the State Enterprises
(Commonwealth Tax Equivalents) (Application)
Regulations 1997* is amended as follows:

established under the Port Authorities Act 1999 ";

(a)

in the item for the Albany Port Authority by deleting Act 1926, s.3" and inserting instead

(b)

in the item for the Bunbury Port Authority by deleting Act 1909, s.3" and inserting instead
