STATE ENERGY COMMISSION (ELECTRICITY AND GAS CHARGES) AMENDMENT BY-LAWS (NO. 3) 1992

Made by The State Energy Commission of Western Australia with the approval of His Excellency the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the State Energy Commission (Electricity

and Gas Charges) Amendment By-laws (No. 3) 1992.

Principal by-laws

2.      In these by-laws the State Energy Commission (Electricity and Gas Charges)

By-laws 1978* are referred to as the principal by-laws.

By-law 7A amended

3.      By-law 7A of the principal by-laws is amended by deleting "12.9%" and

substituting the following —

9.9% ".

By-law 8 amended

4.      By-law 8 (la) of the principal by-laws is amended by deleting "16%" and

substituting the following —

" 13.75% ".
