By-laws 1978* are referred to as the principal by-laws.

By-law 7A and by-law 8 amended

3. The principal by-laws are amended by deleting in the by-laws referred to in column 1 of the Table to this by-law the interest rates respectively set out in column 2 of the Table and substituting in each case the corresponding interest rate set out in column 3 of the Table.
