I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the State Emergency and Rescue Management Act 1989, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 December 1990 as the day on which the uncommenced provisions of that Act commence (being sections 10–17 and 19–32 of that Act and Schedule 2 to that Act).
