I, Rear Admiral Sir DAVID JAMES MARTIN, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the State Emergency and Rescue Management Act 1989, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 12 February 1990 as the day on which that Act (except sections 10–17 and 19–41 and Schedule 2) commences.
