I, Rear Admiral Sir DAVID JAMES MARTIN, Governor of the State
of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in
pursuance of section 2 of the State Emergency and Rescue
Management Act 1989, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 3 August

1990 as the day on which sections 33-41 of that Act commence.
