AN ACT to amend the State Electricity Commission

Act, 1945-1956.

[Assented to 15th October, 1959.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the State Shar=on.

Electricity Commission Act Amendment Act (No.

2), 1959.

(2) In this Act the State Electricity Commission Xce=iercre

Act, 1945-1956, is referred to as the principal Act. Acts.	Approved for

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the State Electricity Commission Act, 1945-1959.

Commence-

ment. 2. This Act shall come into operation on a day

to be fixed by proclamation.

amended. 3. Section eight of the principal Act is amended

(a)	by substituting for the word, "eight" in line one of subsection (2), the word, "nine";
(b)	by substituting for the word, "eight" in line one of subsection (3), the word, "nine";
(c)	by substituting for the word, "two" in line

one of paragraph (a) of subsection (3), the

word, "three"; and

(d) by substituting for the word, "one" in line four of paragraph (a) of subsection (3), the word, "two."
