I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the State Drug Crime Commission (Amendment) Act 1990, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 29th April, 1991, as the day on which the uncommenced provisions of that Act (being the provisions of Schedule 1 (1), (2) (a) and (c), (3) and (10) and Schedule 3) commence.
