I, Rear Admiral Sir DAVID JAMES MARTIN, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the State Drug Crime Commission (Amendment) Act 1990, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 3 August, 1990 as the day on which that Act (the provisions of Schedule 1 (1l), (2) (a) and (c), (3) and (10) and Schedule 3 excepted) commences.
