1 Short title
This regulation may be cited as the State Development and Public Works Organisation (State Development Areas) Regulation 2009.

(1)The State is the successor in law of the former Gladstone project board.(2)In this section—former Gladstone project board means the Gladstone Economic and Industry Development Board, which ceased to exist on 30 June 2012.
