State Development and Public Works Organisation (State Development Areas) (Cairns South) Amendment Regulation 2018 (Qld)

1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the State Development and Public Works Organisation (State Development Areas) (Cairns South) Amendment Regulation 2018.

2   Regulation amended

This regulation amends the State Development and Public Works Organisation (State Development Areas) Regulation 2009.

3   Renumbering of pts 12 and 13

Parts 12 and 13—
renumber as parts 13 and 14.

4   Renumbering of ss 17 and 18

Sections 17 and 18—
renumber as sections 18 and 19.

5   Insertion of new pt 12

After section 16—
insert—

Part 12    Cairns South State Development Area

17   Declaration of Cairns South State Development Area

(1)The part of the State delineated in red on plan CSSDA_001_001 is declared to be a State development area.

(2)The area is called the Cairns South State Development Area.
