State Development and Public Works Organisation (State Development Areas) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the State Development and Public Works Organisation (State Development Areas) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2008 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the StateDevelopmentandPublicWorksOrganisation(StateDevelopmentAreas)Regulation 1998. 3 Insertion of new pt 6 After section 9— insert— ‘Part 6 Queensland Children’s Hospital State Development Area ‘10 Declaration of Queensland Children’s Hospital State Development Area ‘(1) The parts of the State delineated in red on plan QCHSDA_001_001 held in the office of the Coordinator-General are declared to be a State development area. ‘(2) The area is called the Queensland Children’s Hospital State Development Area.
