State Development and Public Works Organisation (State Development Areas) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2012 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the State Development and Public Works Organisation (State Development Areas) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2012 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 30 June 2012. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the StateDevelopmentandPublicWorksOrganisation(StateDevelopmentAreas)Regulation2009. 4 Replacement of pt 2 (Gladstone State Development Area) Part 2— omit, insert — ‘Part 2 Gladstone State Development Area ‘3 Declaration of Gladstone State Development Area ‘(1) The parts of the State delineated in red on plan GSDA_001_012 are declared to be a State development area. ‘(2) The area is called the Gladstone State Development Area.’. 5 Insertion of new pt 12 After section 16— insert — ‘Part 12 Transitional provision ‘17 State is legal successor ‘(1) The State is the successor in law of the former Gladstone project board.
