State Development and Public Works Organisation (State Development Areas) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2011 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the State Development and Public Works Organisation (State Development Areas) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2011 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the StateDevelopmentandPublicWorksOrganisation(StateDevelopmentAreas)Regulation2009. 3 Amendment of s 3 (Definitions for pt 2) Section 3, definition management strategy — omit. 4 Amendment of s 6 (Functions of board) (1) Section 6(1)(a), from ‘Coordinator-General’ to ‘implementing the scheme’— omit, insert — ‘Coordinator-General’. (2) Section 6(1)(c), (e), (g), (i) and (l)— omit . (3) Section 6(1)— insert — ‘(da) advising prospective developers about development applications for a material change of use in relation to the GSDA;’. (4) Section 6(1)— insert— ‘(ha) liaising with, including organising meetings between, representatives of industry and members of the community in relation to the GSDA;’.
