s1 2 s3 State Development and Public Works Organisation No. 79, 2005 (State Development Areas) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2005 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the State Development and Public Works Organisation (State Development Areas) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2005 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the StateDevelopmentandPublicWorksOrganisation(StateDevelopmentAreas)Regulation 1998. 3 Amendment of s 3 (Declaration of Gladstone State Development Area) (1) Section 3(1), from ‘plan number’ to ‘Coordinator-General’— omit, insert — ‘the GSDA plan’. (2) Section 3— insert — ‘(3) In this section— GSDA plan means plan GSDA/2001/1C held at the office of the Coordinator-General.’.
