s1 2 s3 State Development and Public Works Organisation (Gladstone State Development Area) No. 446, 1997 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the State Development and Public Works Organisation (Gladstone State Development Area) Regulation 1997 . ˙ Declaration of Gladstone State Development Area 2.(1) The parts of the State delineated in red on plan numbers 93/1694/CEN and B2008–01/97 held at the office of the Coordinator- General are declared to be a State development area. (2) The area is called the ‘Gladstone State Development Area’. (3) The exact location of the boundary of the area is held in digital electronic form. (4) The information held in digital electronic form can be reduced or enlarged to show the detail required for a particular area. 1 ˙ Repeal 3.(1) The State Development (Gladstone Area) Regulation 1993 and the StateDevelopmentandPublicWorksOrganisation(StateDevelopmentArea) Regulation 1996 are repealed. 2 (2) This section expires the day after it commences. 1 The drawings can be inspected and the boundary locations in digital electronic form can be viewed at the office of the Coordinator-General, 100 George Street, Brisbane. Copies of the plans can also be inspected at the offices of the Department of Lands (Rockhampton), Calliope Shire Council and the Gladstone City Council. 2 The Gladstone State Development Area includes the lands declared to be State development areas under the repealed regulations.
