s1 2 s4 State Development and Public Works Organisation No. 277, 2001 (Gladstone State Development Area) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2001 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the State Development and Public Works Organisation (Gladstone State Development Area) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2001 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the StateDevelopmentandPublicWorksOrganisation (Gladstone State Development Area) Regulation 1998. 3 Amendment of s 3 (Declaration of Gladstone State Development Area) (1) Section 3(1)— omit, insert — ‘ (1) The parts of the State delineated in red on plan number GSDA/2001/1 held at the office of the Coordinator-General are declared to be a State development area. 1 (2) Section 3(3) and (4)— omit . 4 Amendment of s 5 (Functions of board) (1) Section 5(1)(j), example 3, ‘ Gladstone Area Water Board Act 1984. ’— omit, insert — ‘ Water Act 2000 , chapter 4. 2 ’. 1 The plan can be inspected and the boundary locations in digital electronic form can be viewed at the office of the Coordinator-General, 100 George Street, Brisbane. The information held in digital electronic form can be reduced or enlarged to show the detail required for a particular area. Copies of the plan can also be inspected at the offices of the Department of Natural Resources and Mines (Rockhampton), Department of State Development (Gladstone), Calliope Shire Council and Gladstone City Council. 2 Water Act 2000 , chapter 4 (Water authorities)
