State Development and Public Works Organisation Amendment Regulation (No. 6) 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the State Development and Public Works Organisation Amendment Regulation (No. 6) 2008 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the StateDevelopmentandPublicWorks Organisation Regulation 1999. 3 Amendment of s 12B (Definitions for pt 4A) (1) Section 12B, definition drought contingency report , ‘April 2008’— omit, insert— ‘August 2008’. (2) Section 12B, definition project works — insert— ‘(i) the Toowoomba pipeline project works.’. 4 Amendment of s 12C (Local bodies directed to undertake particular works—Act, s 100) Section 12C(3)— insert— ‘(f) the Toowoomba pipeline project works.’. 5 Replacement of s 12D (Approved works for Coordinator-General—Act, s 109) Section 12D— omit, insert— ‘12D Coordinator-General directed to undertake particular works—Act, s 109 ‘(1) Subsection (2) is a direction for section 109 of the Act.
