State Development and Public Works Organisation Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the State Development and Public Works Organisation Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2008 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the StateDevelopmentandPublicWorks Organisation Regulation 1999. 3 Amendment of s 12B (Definitions for pt 4A) (1) Section 12B, definition drought contingency report — omit. (2) Section 12B— insert— ‘ drought contingency report means the document titled ‘Report on the Drought Contingency Projects—April 2008’ held by the department and published on its website. Editor’s note — The department’s website is < Toowoomba pipeline project preliminary works means the Toowoomba pipeline project works comprising early incidental works, land purchasing, surveys, planning and investigations. Toowoomba pipeline project works means the works reasonably connected with, or incidental to, the construction of a pipeline from Lake Wivenhoe to Lake Cressbrook as described in the drought contingency report.’.
