State Development and Public Works Organisation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2010 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the State Development and Public Works Organisation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2010 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the StateDevelopmentandPublicWorks Organisation Regulation 2010. 3 Amendment of s 18 (Definitions for pt 9) (1) Section 18— insert — ‘ medicine and oral health centre project works means the works reasonably connected with, or incidental to, the construction of the Centre for Medicine and Oral Health building and the Common Use Teaching Facility building described in the supplementary project report. supplementary project report means the Coordinator-General’s report of November 2010 titled ‘Centre for Medicine and Oral Health Project Report’ held by the Coordinator-General and published on the department’s website.’. (2) Section 18, definition project report , editor’s note, after ‘report’— insert — ‘and the supplementary project report’. 4 Amendment of s 19 (Coordinator-General directed to undertake particular works—Act, s 109) Section 19(2)— insert — ‘(c) the medicine and oral health centre project works.’.
