s1 2 s3 State Development and Public Works Organisation No. 54, 2006 Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2006 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the State Development and Public Works Organisation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2006 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the StateDevelopmentandPublicWorks Organisation Regulation 1999. 3 Insertion of new pt 2 After section 1— insert— ‘Part 2 Functions of Coordinator-General ‘2 Delegated power under Industrial Development Act1963—Act, s 10(1) ‘The Coordinator-General has the function of exercising a power delegated to the Coordinator-General under the Industrial Development Act 1963, section 7. 1 ’.
