This regulation may be cited as the State Development and Public Works Organisation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2000 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the StateDevelopmentandPublicWorksOrganisation Regulation 1999 . ˙ Insertion of new pt 4 3. After part 3— insert— ‘ PART 4—LANG PARK STADIUM PROJECT ˙ ‘ Definitions for pt 4 ‘ 10. In this part— “project” means the Lang Park Stadium Project declared under section 29B 1 of the Act to be a significant project by declaration gazetted on 17 December 1999 at page 1575. “report” means the document called ‘Construction of Certain Works by the Coordinator-General Under the provisions of the State Developmentand Public Works Organisation Act 1971 ’ prepared on behalf of the Coordinator-General dated 6 November 2000. ˙ ‘ Approval ‘ 11. The Coordinator-General may undertake the following— (a) the works mentioned in the report as works proposed to be constructed by the Coordinator-General and shown on the 1 Section 29B (Declaration of significant project) of the Act

s3 3 s3 State Development and Public Works Organisation Amendment (No. 1) No. 300, 2000 authorised works drawings, plans 1 to 21, for the project; 2 (b) incidental or temporary works necessary for the works mentioned in paragraph (a). ˙ ‘ Expiry of pt 4 ‘ 12.
