Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following

Regulation under the State Debt Recovery Act 2018.

Explanatory note

The object of this Regulation is to declare Water NSW a public authority for the purposes of the State Debt

Recovery Act 2018.

This Regulation is made under the State Debt Recovery Act 2018, including sections 4(2)(d) and 117 (the general regulation-making power).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the State Debt Recovery Amendment (Water NSW) Regulation

2019.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

For the purposes of section 4(2)(d) of the Act, Water NSW is declared a public authority.
