1912-1932, in certain respects; to validate certain matters; and for purposes connected therewith. [Assented to, 20th February, 1935.]

the “ State Coal Mine Working Account,”

All moneys received by the board under or for the purposes of this Act, together with such sums as may from time to time be provided by Par liament for the purposes of this Act, shall be credited to the account.

All moneys expended under or for the purposes of this Act by the board, including the general cost of administration and execution of this Act, shall be debited to the account.

remuneration as may be determined by the Governor, and any member may retain for his own use any remuneration paid to him.

The remuneration of the members shall be deemed to he part of the general cost of administration and execution of this Act.

(2) This section shall be deemed to have com­ menced on the lirst day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three.
