1912-1932, in certain respects; to validate certain matters; and for purposes connected therewith. [Assented to, 20th February, 1935.]

1 , (1) This Act may be cited as the “ Stale Coal siionyuie

Mines (Amendment) Act, 1935.” and citatton.

(2) The State Coal Mines Act, 1912-1932, as

amended bv this Act, mav be cited as the State Coal

Mines Act,b 912-1935. ‘

2. (1) The State Coal Mines Act, 1912-1932, is Jimendnuntof

(a) by inserting next after section fifteen the follow- N™-a. isa. ing new section:—

15a. An account shall be kept in the Special statoCoai

Deposits Account in the Treasury to be called

the “ State Coal Mine Working Account,”	Aeconnt.
All moneys received by the board under or for the purposes of this Act, together with such sums as may from time to time be provided by Par liament for the purposes of this Act, shall be credited to the account.
All moneys expended under or for the purposes of this Act by the board, including the general cost of administration and execution of this Act, shall be debited to the account.

The remuneration of the members shall be deemed to he part of the general cost of administration and execution of this Act.

(2) This section shall be deemed to have com­ menced on the lirst day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three.
