State Buildings Protective Security Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2011 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the State Buildings Protective Security Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2011 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the State Buildings Protective Security Regulation 2008 . 3 Amendment of s 3 (Declaration of state building—Act, s 4(4)) (1) Section 3, heading, ‘state building’— omit , insert — ‘ the Queensland Cultural Centre as state buildings ’. (2) Section 3(2), ‘2011’— omit, insert— ‘2014’. 4 Amendment of sch 1 (Land on which state buildings are located) Schedule 1— insert — ‘15 Lot 1 on AP9911 situated in the county of Stanley, Parish of South Brisbane’.
